Ma. Teresa

Hi, I’m Ma. Teresa, a 40-year-old widow and proud mom of three kids. I’ve worked as a domestic helper in Singapore for about 3 years and 3 months, in Malaysia for 1 year and 7 months, and in Jordan for 2 years .

I have a lot of experience as a caregiver and really care about the people I look after. I’ve worked as a domestic helper and caregiver in Singapore, where I provided daily care for children, including some with autism. I also helped out with cooking, housekeeping, laundry, and making sure the home was safe and comfortable. I’ve been a daycare assistant and nanny too, where I supervised kids, supported their daily activities, and made meals and learning materials.

In my caregiving roles, I’ve taken care of both infants and elderly clients, helping them with personal hygiene, mobility, medication monitoring, meal prep, and other household tasks. I’ve worked with clients recovering from strokes, helping them walk and do daily exercises to keep them safe and independent. My volunteer experience 3yrs and 6month as a health worker has also helped me learn to monitor vital signs, assist with basic patient care, and collaborate with community health workers.

I’m a caring, patient, reliable, and trustworthy person who genuinely enjoys helping others. I pay close attention to my clients' needs and treat everyone with respect, kindness, and understanding. I’m hardworking and can adapt to different situations while staying calm and responsible. I also keep things organized and pay attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

I work well alone and as part of a team, and I always communicate respectfully with clients, families, and coworkers. I’m open to learning new skills and constantly aim to provide compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care. I am looking for new employer. Thank you.
