About Me

My first job was from 2002 to 2004, where I took care of a newborn baby for 7 months. I would wake up at 6 AM, prepare breakfast, clean the feeding bottles, wash clothes, and tidy the house. If the baby was awake, I’d make her breakfast. After that, I’d give her a shower and play with her. If she fell asleep again, it was my time to get lunch ready. After lunch, I’d clean the dishes and prepare the vegetables and meat for dinner.

My second experience was as a helper from 2015 to 2021 while I was also a working student. I got up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast, clean the house, wash clothes, and take care of pets, sometimes even washing the car or doing some gardening. By 9 AM, I would move to the clinic where I checked all the client records and made sure everyone scheduled for that day was attended to. I would call clients to remind them of their follow-up appointments. If there were no clients, I’d prepare lunch for my boss. At 6 PM, when the clinic closed, I would get dinner ready, clean the dishes, take care of pets, and iron their uniforms. I usually finished around 9 PM.

My third job was in Hong Kong, and I was really excited because it was my first time working abroad. My employer was really nice and treated me like family. I worked for two adults and their 10-year-old daughter. On school days, I woke up at 4:50 AM to prepare breakfast and lunch for their daughter, who took lunch to school. After I set out her uniform and shoes, I’d wake the baby at 5:30 AM. By 6:15 AM, we’d head downstairs to catch the school bus. At 6:30 AM, I’d start cleaning the house, taking care of the pets, and working on a small garden. I did laundry twice a week and ironing as well. At 11 AM, I’d make two boiled eggs for my employer’s lunch, then clean their room. By 1 PM, I would put the meat out for dinner, cook rice, and prepare all the ingredients. At 2:30 PM, I’d leave to pick up their daughter from school in Kowloon. By 5:30 PM, my employer and her daughter would eat dinner. At 6:30 PM, I’d shower and help their daughter with her English reading and dictation. I could go to bed by 8:30 PM. Once a week, I’d go grocery shopping with my employer every Sunday. Unfortunately, on July 6, I asked my employer if I could visit the clinic for a breast check, and she terminated my employment that day. The good news is that I was diagnosed with a benign cyst, which the doctor said wouldn’t need surgery as it would dissolve on its own after some time.

As for my personality, I’m a quiet, trustworthy, and hard-working person. I love animals and I take the initiative to work without supervision. I enjoy being around kids and the elderly. Even on my days off, if my employer needs me, I’m available. I promise to treat you and your family as my own, with love and respect. I hope to be a part of your family and serve you. God bless!
