Hi there, good day! I’m Marianne, and I’m from the Philippines. I’m 39 years old and a single parent to my 9-year-old daughter. I have about 8 years of experience as a domestic helper, with 3 years in Kuwait and 5 years in Hong Kong. My main job has been taking care of children, including a newborn baby who was just 5 months old at one point. I make sure they have their meals on time, give them vitamins, bathe them every day, and take them to school and other activities. I also love playing with them at home, reading them books, and I handle all the house chores like cleaning, washing clothes, ironing, grocery shopping, and cooking. I usually prepare simple meals like steamed fish, eggs, tofu stir-fry, chicken satay, noodle soup, fried noodles, and Filipino dishes. Sometimes, I even wash the car. As for my personality, I’m hardworking, honest, and very patient, especially with children. I treat them like they’re my own or like my nieces and nephews. I always listen to and follow my employer’s instructions.
