Maricel

My name is Maricel. I'm Filipino, single, and I’m 27 years old. I have 2 years of experience as a domestic helper here in the Philippines. I worked as a babysitter but also took care of household chores like marketing, washing the car, cooking, ironing, and doing laundry.

In my last job, I was a cook focusing on Korean food. I handled the prep, cooking, and plating for dishes like kimchi, bibimbap, and samgyupsal. Working in a fast-paced kitchen taught me how to stay organized, follow recipes closely, and collaborate well with my team during busy times.

I’m detail-oriented and can stay calm under pressure. I learned that small mistakes can impact a dish or slow down the whole kitchen, so I became used to double-checking my work and staying focused, even when things get hectic. I also learned to take feedback well and adjust quickly, which I believe is important in any team. I'm looking for a new employer. Thank you.
