Hello,

My name is Mary Ann, I’m 42 years old, and I live in Manila, Philippines. I have three kids: one son and twin daughters. I'm applying for a position as a caregiver or household worker.

• Before working abroad, I was an office clerk in the City Government. My job involved data entry, answering phone calls, and helping transfer calls to the right people. I also handled common secretarial tasks, monitored the database, and kept track of daily records. I updated reports and organized files to make paperwork processing smoother.
• I started working abroad as a household worker in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 2007 to 2011.
• Then, I returned to Saudi Arabia in 2012 and worked as a secretary at Hai Al-Jamea Hospital in Jeddah until 2014. I was in the Insurance Approval department where I helped patients with their insurance claims, took phone calls, and coordinated with doctors about the insurance-related findings. I also managed both electronic and paper records, making sure everything was organized and easy to find.
• After that, I pursued a career as a caregiver and completed my training from 2012 to 2017 in Saudi Arabia.
• When I returned home in 2017, I continued working as a caregiver in various settings around Manila, including both hospital and home care.
• I also worked as a Team Leader in a Bushido Japanese restaurant, where I managed staff schedules, coached the team on performance, handled inventory, and helped with recruitment and training of new staff. I managed the daily operations of the store and prepared payroll. While I haven’t cooked professionally, I'm eager to learn and train in that area.
• I completed a Caregiving course and became a Nursing Aide/Assistant for eight months in Jeddah, and I have certificates and a Transcript of Records for that. I took courses during my free time while working in the hospital.
• Recently, in 2022, I obtained a Housekeeping NCII certificate in Manila.

I consider myself kind, loyal, and patient. I believe in honesty and being trustworthy. I don’t tolerate negativity or people who hurt others and abuse their power. I'm also cheerful and like to socialize.
