Hello, I’m Mary Ann. I’m 36 years old and I’m from the Philippines. I’m currently looking for a new employer. I’m a hardworking and trustworthy former domestic helper with seven years of experience working for Chinese and Indian families. I have skills in housekeeping, cooking, elderly care, and childcare. Unfortunately, I had to break my contract with my Indian family employer for personal reasons and adjustments to work, since they follow a vegetarian diet. I decided it was best to return to the Philippines to be with my children. Even though I broke my contract, my employer was kind enough to give me a good release letter. Now, I’m ready for interviews and open to starting a new contract.

Here’s a bit about my key duties:

Housekeeping: I handled cleaning, ironing, laundry, and organizing in their four-bedroom home.

Cooking: I can make basic Chinese dishes, Western meals, and Filipino food. I can follow recipes and I'm eager to learn more.

Elderly care: I assisted an 84-year-old and a 95-year-old with things like bathing, medication, walking, and going to doctor’s appointments while working with the Chinese family.

Childcare: With the Indian family, I would pick up the kids from school, take them to sports classes, help with tutoring, and prepare their meals.

Pet care: I took care of one cat, which included feeding and cleaning.

Marketing: I handled grocery shopping, wet market visits, and paying bills.
