I started my overseas work experience in Saudi Arabia in 2014, where I worked continuously for one employer for four years, from 2014 to 2018. This experience helped me develop strong work ethics, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

In 2020, I moved to Hong Kong and continued my career there until 2023. From 2020 to 2022, I successfully completed my employment, and unfortunately, from 2022 to 2023, my employer terminated my position, which led me to return to the Philippines.

After returning home, I decided to continue building my professional career in the BPO industry as a Call Center Agent. I am currently working in the Philippines, where I have gained valuable experience in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and handling different types of customers and concerns.

Overall, my work experience abroad and in the Philippines has helped me become more adaptable, resilient, responsible, and confident in working with people from different backgrounds. I believe these experiences have prepared me well for new opportunities and challenges in my career.
