Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Merasol , 28 years old, from Mindanao, Philippines. I am single with a live-in partner and a responsible mother of two children—a 10-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. Being a mother has made me patient, caring, and hardworking.

Currently, I am engaged in online selling while actively looking for a suitable employer. I am a high school graduate.

I have 4 years of experience as a housemaid in the Philippines (April 2019 – April 2023) with the Torres Family, a household of two adults and two young children (2 and 4 years old). My responsibilities included childcare, teaching the children how to read and write, singing nursery rhymes, playing with them, preparing meals, and performing all-around household work such as cooking, baking, marketing, gardening, pet care, and occasional car washing. I always ensured that the house was clean, organized, and safe for the children. I successfully completed my contract.

I also worked in Hong Kong for over 3 months (March 4, 2024 – June 30, 2024) in a household of two adults and one 5-year-old child. My duties included childcare, preparing meals, getting the child ready for school, playing and accompanying her outdoors, cooking, cleaning, car washing, gardening, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. I ensured that the house was always clean, safe, and comfortable.

I had to break my previous contract because my husband was diagnosed with stage 1 bone cancer and a skin disease. At that time, I was overwhelmed and unsure what to do, which led me to make a mistake. I now realize it was one of the wrong decisions I’ve made. Thankfully, my husband has fully recovered, and I am now fully ready and committed to work. I assure you that whatever happens, I will never break a contract again.

Although my previous stay in Hong Kong was only 3 months, I gained valuable experience, especially in cooking Chinese food. I hope to find an employer who will give me the opportunity to work again.

I am honest, trustworthy, flexible, and hardworking. I can work with minimal supervision and always follow instructions carefully. I treat the children I care for as my own, ensuring their safety, cleanliness, and happiness at all times. I am also willing to learn new tasks and adapt to your family’s routines and preferences.
