Merasol

My name is Merasol, 28 years old, from Mindanao, Philippines. I am living with my partner and a proud mother of 2 children a 10 y/0 boy and a 7 y/0 girl. Being a mother has made me patient, caring, responsible, and hardworking.

I worked in the Philippines for 4 years (April 2019 – April 2023). They are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, a newborn baby and a 4 y/0 child. My main responsibility was newborn care, including bathing the baby, changing diapers, sterilizing feeding bottles, preparing milk, putting the baby to sleep, and monitoring the baby’s health and safety at all times. In addition, I performed all-around household chores including cooking, baking, marketing, gardening, pet care, and occasional car washing. I always ensured that the house was clean, organized, and safe for the children.

I also worked in Hong Kong from March 4, 2024 to June 30, 2024, in a household with 2 adults and one 5-year-old child. My duties included childcare, preparing meals, getting the child ready for school, playing and accompanying her to outdoor activities, cooking, cleaning, car washing, gardening, grocery shopping, and maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment.

I had to end my previous contract early because my husband was diagnosed with stage 1 bone cancer and a skin disease. At that time, I was emotionally overwhelmed, which led me to make a difficult decision.

Although my stay in Hong Kong was only three months, I gained valuable experience, especially in cooking Chinese dishes and adapting to a different working environment. I sincerely hope to be given another opportunity to work and prove myself.

I am honest, trustworthy, flexible, and hardworking. I can work independently with minimal supervision and always follow instructions carefully. I treat the children under my care as my own, ensuring their safety, cleanliness, and happiness at all times. I am also willing to learn and adapt to your family’s needs and preferences.
