Mercy Grace

Hello! My name is Mercy Grace, and I'm 46 years old. I want to share a bit about my experience as a domestic helper. In Saudi Arabia, I worked mainly with an elderly woman who was paralyzed. My duties included taking care of her daily needs, like preparing her meals, assisting her with going to the bathroom, helping her bathe, changing her clothes, giving her medicines and vitamins, and checking her blood sugar. I also administered insulin injections for her diabetes, provided her with massages to help her relax, kept her company, and assisted her with going for strolls outside. I made sure she received all the love and attention she needed. Later, in Hong Kong, I worked for a family of four, which included two adults, one elderly person, and a seven-year-old child. My main responsibilities were taking care of the child, cooking, cleaning, washing and ironing clothes, and shopping for groceries. I would wake up at 5:30 AM to prepare a nutritious breakfast and pack snacks for Cassidy. I also handled her school preparations, took her to and from school, and managed her other activities. In addition, I tutored her in English and basic math. When Cassidy was at school, I focused on my other tasks at home, including cooking lunch and dinner. I have eight years of experience as a domestic helper, and I consider myself honest, friendly, caring, trustworthy, and kind.
