Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m 42 years old and currently living in the Philippines. I’m a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant with a lot of experience in aged care, dementia care, palliative care, and community health. I hold a NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4) and a National Certificate Level II in Caregiving (Geriatric Care). I have solid skills in personal care, helping with mobility, monitoring vital signs, and reporting health information accurately. I always strive to deliver care that keeps dignity, safety, and comfort in mind, while also managing behaviors and supporting emotional well-being. I’m good at building trusting relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams, thanks to clear communication and an understanding of different cultures. I’ve spent over 16 years in management roles, so I’ve developed strong organizational and time management skills, along with a detail-oriented approach and a focus on teamwork.
