Mikka Joy

Hello, I’m Mikka Joy, I’m 30 years old and I come from the Philippines. I’m married and I have three kids who are 9, 7, and 2 years old. I consider myself a cheerful person, someone who is trustworthy, hardworking, and good at multitasking. I’ve worked as a cashier in a convenience store, and I’m comfortable using computers. I also enjoy tutoring kids. I spent 7 months in Saudi Arabia working as a domestic helper for a family of four. My main tasks included cooking, washing dishes, ironing, and doing laundry. I also took care of a 7-year-old girl, helping her get to school and back, and I even did some tutoring with her and took care of her little brother who was just a year old. Unfortunately, I had to leave before my 2-year contract was up because the conditions weren’t great, there was not enough food, my salary was often delayed, and I didn’t get proper rest or days off. I hope this doesn’t affect my application. I’m eager to learn and I’m ready to take on any tasks my future employer needs me to do.
