Hello future employer, my name is Myrel. I’m 38 years old, married, and I have two sons aged 18 and 16. I have 9 years of experience as a nanny and domestic helper in three different countries. My first job was in Qatar, where I worked for a Qatari family with 8 members—5 adults and 3 kids ages 3, 4, and 6. I shared my responsibilities with another nanny. My main duties included taking care of the kids by preparing nutritious meals, feeding them, and helping them with their daily routines like bathing and playing.

After Qatar, I worked in Hong Kong for a Chinese family of 5, with 2 adults and 3 kids aged 4, 6, and 9. I prepared meals and helped wake the kids up in the morning for school. I also assisted the eldest son, who has SMA and uses a wheelchair, to get ready and take him to school. While they were at school, I handled all the household chores such as cleaning, laundry, marketing, and caring for their pets. I worked for that family for 5 years straight.

Most recently, I finished my contract in the UAE, where I served an Emirati family of 8—5 adults and 3 teenagers. My duties involved household work like cleaning, laundry, ironing, gardening, car washing, and caring for pets. I also cooked basic Arabic food and did some baking.
