Hello! I'm Novelyn, and I'm 31 years old from the Philippines. I come from a big family with 8 sisters! For the past two years, I worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong, from January 2018 to January 2020, where I cared for an 84-year-old elderly person. My responsibilities included taking care of her daily needs, cooking, doing laundry, cleaning, and marketing. Prior to that, I worked as a local helper here in the Philippines for over 4 years. In that role, I supported a family of four, including two adults and two young kids, a 1-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy. I helped with their daily routines, like feeding them, taking them to school, and picking them up after extracurricular activities, along with cooking, cleaning, driving, and laundry tasks.
