Hello, my name is Racel. I’m Filipino and married. I’m 46 years old and currently living here in the Philippines. I have 2 years of experience as a caregiver.

As a caregiver, I always make sure my elderly patient is safe. I give them their medication on time and follow their doctor's prescriptions. I accompany them to their check-ups and assist with physical therapy. I also take their vital signs, ensure they eat on time, and provide massage therapy to help them relax. I keep the family updated about their loved ones, as communication is really important.

In addition to caregiving, I also work as a helper. I handle household chores like cleaning, washing the car, cooking, and doing laundry. I take care of kids too, helping them with their homework and playing with them when needed. I pride myself on being patient, hardworking, and cheerful.
