Hello, madam/sir!

My name is Regen, and I’m 39 years old. I’m a single mother with one son, and I’ve studied some college in a program for technical and vocational education with a focus on the food and beverage industry. I live in the Philippines.

In my work experience, I’ve taken care of a newborn. I made sure to give him gentle baths, sterilize his milk bottles, and wash his clothes separately from the adults. I also handled household chores like washing dishes, keeping the house tidy, cooking, and doing the grocery shopping. When he started school, I prepared his food, got his uniform and bag ready, and took him to playgroup. After school, I’d pick him up, take him to the park to play, and then go home. I’d help him shower and prepare dinner. I let him eat by himself because I wanted him to learn how to do things on his own.

I’m a loving mother, and I also adore babies. I’m warm, honest, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, a good listener, and flexible.

I completed my first contract and renewed it with my employer. However, after five months, my employer lost her job, and they decided to care for their baby on their own. Unfortunately, they had to let me go because they could no longer afford to pay me.
