I am Regina, 39 years old, single with 3 children. I have worked as a domestic helper in Qatar for 2 years. I am hardworking and patient, with experience in elderly care. My responsibilities included giving medicine, assisting with bathing, changing diapers, preparing food, feeding, and guiding morning exercises. I also provided snacks, monitored vital signs, and accompanied the elderly to doctor’s check-ups. In addition, I maintained cleanliness by tidying the room, cleaning the toilet, doing laundry, and changing bed sheets, pillows, and blankets.
