I am Rochelle Ann, 28 years old, single, and without children. My most recent job was as a Customer Service Agent for an airline, where I assisted passengers with bookings, ticket concerns, boarding passes, and baggage checks. While this role is different from what I’m applying for, I also have hands-on experience working as a helper here in the Philippines.
