Back in 2020, I was working in Hong Kong. My first employer wasn’t a good fit for me, so I decided it was best to leave. Eventually, she ended up terminating my contract.

After that, I found another job with a great employer. They treated me well, but I struggled with some issues. The problem was that my boss’s mother didn’t get along with me, and it made things tough.

Then, when everyone in Hong Kong was required to get vaccinated, my employer asked if I was willing to get the vaccine. I didn’t feel ready for that, so I told her I just wanted to go home.

That’s when she decided to terminate my contract.

I returned to the Philippines in September 2021.

Now, I truly believe I’ve grown and become more mature. With the help of my faith in Jesus Christ, I’m motivated to return to Hong Kong. I want to not only learn from my past mistakes but also to be a responsible and dedicated worker. I’m ready to face challenges with courage and see my contract through to the end, and I trust in God to guide me. Amen. ☺️
