Ronna Mae

Hi, I'm Ronna, and I'm 42 years old. I’m a proud mom of three wonderful kids who are 21, 20, and 7. I have worked for 10 years working as a domestic helper in Singapore, and I really see this as more than just a job; it's a big part of my life.

Family is really important to me, and I value my faith. I love to cook and can make all kinds of food, Chinese, Western, Asian, Indian, vegetarian, you name it, I've probably made it! Most of my cooking skills come from cookbooks and from the families I've worked with, who I've always treated like my own. I'm someone who takes pride in what I do. I handle all the chores independently, and I take pride in that. I've taken care of all ages, from infants to teens and adults. I also take care of cooking, washing cars, and even minor repairs around the house.

I’m a cheerful person and I tend to smile a lot, especially around kids. From my experience, I believe it’s important for my employers to trust me to get the tasks done. If you tell me something once or twice, that’s enough for me. I think it's not good for anyone to micromanage a helper every day. Thank you for listening!
