Good day, ma'am. I'm Rose, a 46-year-old single mom with one daughter. I have 9 years of experience as a domestic helper in Singapore, working for two families, one Chinese family and one from the Netherlands. My role involved preparing meals for the kids and getting them ready for school. After I dropped them off, I would do general cleaning and then cook dinner for my Chinese employer. With my Dutch employer, I would wake the kids up in the morning, prepare their breakfast, and help them get ready for the school bus. Once they were gone, I would focus on my cleaning tasks.
