I am Rosellem, 25 years old, single with 2 kids, and Filipino. I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in development and nearly 6 months of hands-on experience as a caregiver. My technical career has shaped me into a detail-oriented, analytical thinker, while my time in caregiving has deepened my empathy, patience, and ability to adapt under pressure. These two paths have taught me how to balance logic with compassion, and how to communicate clearly and effectively—whether with team members, clients, or those under my care. I bring both heart and skill to everything I do, and I’m eager to contribute to a team or role where both technical know-how and human connection matter.
