Hello, future employer! My name is Ruchel. I’m a 47-year-old Filipino, single, and I don’t have children. I’m a Seventh-day Adventist Christian. I’d describe myself as hardworking, caring, honest, trustworthy, reliable, flexible, and just fun to be around. I’m also eager to learn new things. In my free time, I enjoy cleaning, cooking healthy meals, organizing, gardening, and taking walks in nature. I really have a passion for taking care of both children and the elderly, and I’m happy to help with family needs. I’ve spent over 6 years in Singapore working as a domestic helper for a Chinese family of four. My main focus was on childcare—playing, singing, reading, helping with homework, and taking the kids to school activities. When they were at school, I took care of household chores like cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, gardening, and weekly grocery shopping.

Before I went to Singapore, I worked as a local helper in the Philippines for many years. I have TESDA NCII certificates in Caregiving, Computer Hardware, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Front Office, and Household Services. I worked as a caregiver for over a year, assisting three elderly individuals with medical needs—helping with hygiene, meal preparation according to their diets, supervising their medications, and monitoring their vital signs. With over 30 years of experience, I’m confident that I can be a great help to your family and will do my best with any tasks you assign to me. My previous employers have been satisfied with my work, and I hope I can be a valuable asset to your family too.

Currently, I’ve been in Hong Kong for more than 2 months, working with a local family in Hong Kong there are 4 family members, parents and two teenagers. I manage a five-story house with a garden, and I take care of all the household chores. Unfortunately, I’m planning to break my contract for personal reasons.
