Ruth

Good day, sir or ma'am! My name is Ruth, and I’m 39 years old. I’m widowed and have two wonderful children who are 19 and 12. I graduated from college and worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong for three different employers.

For my first employer, I worked for 6 years, from February 2017 to February 2023. I left because my contract ended.

My second employer had me for 4 months, from February 2023 to June 2023. I had to leave because my son needed surgery.

With my third employer, I worked for about 6 months, from July 4, 2024, to November 27, 2024. Sadly, I had to leave because my husband passed away.

During my time with these families, my duties included cooking, shopping, ironing, cleaning, and taking the kids to school. I also took care of their dogs.

I’m a fast learner, honest, trustworthy, and I work really hard.

To my future employer, if you decide to hire me as your helper, I promise to treat you like family. I will do my best to finish my contract with you, or even stay longer. Thank you for considering me, and God bless!
