Ryeah May

I am Ryeah May, 32 years old, married with 2 kids. I am a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines with over nine years of teaching experience under the Department of Education Region VII, currently serving as Teacher III for a National High School. Teaching is not just my profession, it is my passion. I am deeply committed to supporting children not only in their academic growth but also in building their confidence, discipline, and love for learning.

I earned my Master of Arts in Education major in Filipino from the University of the Visayas and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Special Education at Cebu Technological University. I also hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Special Education, which allow me to effectively support young learners and children with diverse learning needs. My background in Early Childhood Education helps me create engaging, age-appropriate, and nurturing lessons, especially for younger children who need patience, structure, and positive guidance.

As a home tutor, I provide a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment where children feel valued and supported. I take time to understand each child’s personality, strengths, and areas for improvement, and I tailor lessons to suit their pace and learning style. I am patient, caring, responsible, and trustworthy, and I strongly believe in open communication with parents to ensure the best outcomes for their child. My goal is not only to help improve academic performance but also to develop confident, independent, and motivated learners.
