My name is Sally, 28 years old and a single mom with one kid. I spent 7 months working in Hong Kong, but my employer decided to let me go because there wasn't a lot of work for two helpers. While I was there, I took care of a healthy elderly person, did cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing, and I also took care of a small dog. Before my time in Hong Kong, I worked in the Philippines for 2 years as a helper for a family of three, which included two adults and a 3-year-old girl. My main duties were looking after the little girl. I helped her bathe, prepared healthy meals, fed her, took her to school, and picked her up afterwards. I also managed housework like cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, ironing, and even some gardening.
