Shiela

Hi, I’m Shiela. I’m 38 years old and currently living in the Philippines. I’m a dedicated caregiver with experience in both elderly and childcare. I’ve spent a year providing compassionate support in people's homes. I know how to help with daily living tasks, manage medications, and keep an eye on my clients’ safety. I really focus on improving their quality of life.

When it comes to personal care: I help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. For health needs: I administer medications, keep track of vital signs, and communicate any changes in my clients’ conditions to medical staff and their families. And for daily support: I prepare nutritious meals based on their dietary needs, do some light housekeeping, and help with transportation to doctor’s appointments.

I also have certificates in BLS (Basic Life Support training), CPR, and First Aid. As for my soft skills: I bring empathy, active listening, patience, reliability, and clear communication to my work. I’m also a fast learner and always open to new experiences.
