I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with experience as a SPED Teacher handling children with special needs, including Intellectual Disability, Autism, and ADHD, where I was responsible for implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEP), differentiated instruction, visual learning strategies, positive behavior support, and parent collaboration through Seesaw; as a person, I am patient, compassionate, dedicated, organized, adaptable, and calm in handling challenging behaviors, and I strongly believe that every child can learn with the right guidance and support.
