Good day, Ma'am/Sir!

My name is Veronica. I’m 27 years old, and I currently live in the Philippines after finishing a two-year contract.

A bit about my work background—I was an Au pair in Denmark for a family of four. They had three kids: a 14-year-old boy, an 11-year-old girl, and a 7-year-old boy. My responsibilities included cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and doing a little baking. I have experience with a mix of Danish and Western cooking, and I follow recipes pretty well.

I did a lot of childcare too. I made sure the kids’ rooms were tidy, they had snacks after school, and I helped clean up after them. We also spent a lot of time doing their favorite activities like basketball, football, and baking together.

I also have experience taking care of pets, especially dogs. My previous host had an older dog. My daily routine included feeding him, taking him for walks three times a day, and giving him his medication. I occasionally groomed and bathed him when needed.

Before going to Denmark, I worked as a nanny and helper here in the Philippines for another family of four. My tasks were pretty similar—house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking.

I took care of two kids there, a 6-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy. I made lunchboxes for the eldest and would pick her up from school. I did a lot of babysitting for the youngest, making sure he was fed, clean, and safe—especially during playdates and walks in the neighborhood.
