Vivien Zarah

I worked as a domestic helper in Singapore for two years, successfully completing my contract. During this time, I served a household of eight in a three-story landed house. My responsibilities included a variety of household chores, such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing, and washing the car. My daily routine began with preparing breakfast for the children, feeding them, and getting them ready for school. After they left, I focused on cleaning the house, including the rooms, bathrooms, car, garden, and kitchen. I would also hang out the clothes I had washed earlier before preparing breakfast. Upon the children's return from school, I would clean their bags and remove all the snack boxes to wash them. I assisted my employer in preparing dinner and, following the meal, helped bathe the children and dress them. Afterward, I cleaned the kitchen, disposed of any rubbish, and checked all doors to ensure they were locked for safety. During my free time, I enjoy reading, particularly fiction and thrilling stories.
