Perform outdoor odds-and-ends: minor fence and gate fixes, light yard/pressure washing, and basic upkeep as needed. Manage supplies, keep a clear task list, source materials within budget, and communicate timelines, options, and safety considerations. Prioritize preventive maintenance, cleanliness after each job, and respectful, reliable service in a family setting. Availability: part-time/as-needed; flexible scheduling; ability to lift 40–50 lbs and use standard hand/power tools safely. Preferred: 2+ years experience, references, basic troubleshooting skills, valid ID, and comfort working around children/pets.
