My name is Kyle Irish, 28 years old, single, and a Filipino citizen.

I am a flexible, hardworking, responsible, and trustworthy person. I am willing to learn new things and can easily adapt to different work environments and responsibilities. I always make sure to complete my tasks properly and on time. You can rely on me and trust me to do my job with dedication and honesty.

My Caregiving Experience

I have hands-on experience caring for both children and elderly family members.

• Baby Care: I am a mother, so I have personal experience caring for a baby. I am familiar with feeding, bathing, changing diapers, keeping a baby safe and comfortable, and providing patience, love, and attention.
• Elderly Care: I personally cared for my grandmother until the end of her life. This experience taught me to be patient, compassionate, responsible, and attentive to an elderly person’s needs.
• Parkinson’s Care: I am currently helping care for my grandfather, who has Parkinson’s disease. Through this experience, I have learned to be more patient and attentive, especially when assisting with his daily needs and making sure he is comfortable and safe.

I may not have formal professional caregiving experience yet, but my family experiences have given me real hands-on knowledge, patience, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility. I am willing to learn, follow instructions, and give my best to the person entrusted to my care. I treat every person with respect, kindness, and genuine concern, just as I would care for my own family.

My Personality

I consider myself friendly, hardworking, patient, responsible, and dependable. I respect my co-workers and supervisors, and I am always willing to listen and learn. When I am given a responsibility, I take it seriously and do my best to accomplish it.

I may not know everything, but I am willing to learn, improve, and accept constructive feedback. I believe that being trustworthy, hardworking, and committed to my responsibilities is important in becoming a valuable employee.
