Hi, I'm Faith, and I'm 26 years old from Kenya. I spent two years working in Qatar as a nanny. In that role, I took care of kids between the ages of 2 and 10. I learned how to balance daily routines with fun activities that helped them grow both socially and educationally. I was responsible for tasks like dropping kids off at school, picking them up, making meals, helping with homework, and handling bedtime routines, all while making sure they were safe and happy. Right now, I'm caring for kids aged 5 to 12. I focus on keeping a structured routine, hitting developmental milestones, and encouraging creative play. I collaborate closely with parents to keep things consistent, but I'm also flexible and can adapt to the unique needs of each child. This ongoing experience has really helped me support children's independence, creativity, and overall well-being.
