This is Adel from Philippines, aged 42 years old

I have been working in Singapore since 2008 with 4 different families with kids

My main job scope in the family are pretty similar as the following entails:1. Looking after the kids, bringing them to school, Outside school activities, playground, playing with them, reading them story books, helping them in their school work and assignments

2. Cooking, I can prepare Chinese and Western dishes.For other dishes, I can follow recipe to prepare other cuisines

3. Grocery Shopping/ household marketing

4. Task oriented and independent. Can work with minimum instructions

My contract for the first 3 families ended due to the kids grownup and family relocations

First Chinese family kids grownup and family do not require domestic helper thus contract ended after 8 years

Worked for the second Indian family with 3 kids for 1 year and contract ended as they relocated thereafter

From 2017-2024, worked in an Australian Irish family with 2 kids for 7 years, they relocated back to Australia

Current employment with a Spanish family, contract ending Sept 2026, would like to move on as some issues within the family which was not disclosed to me during the interview.I would be glad to share more details to potential employers during the interview
