I am Catherine, 35 years old, single, with 1 child. I am from the Philippines. I have been working as a domestic helper for 9 years in Singapore. I have been with my current employer for 2 years. There are 2 adults and 2 children. I will finish my contract on May 30, 2026. I have worked as a helper where I was responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with household chores, and supporting daily routines to ensure a comfortable and organized environment. My duties included cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking simple meals, grocery shopping, and sometimes taking care of children or elderly family members. I also helped with organizing the home, running errands, and following instructions carefully to meet the employer’s expectations. In my role, I learned to manage my time well, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
