Hello. My name is Febriana Istantina. I am Indonesian, divorced, with 3 kids. I am 42 years old and currently here in Indonesia. I have over 7 years of experience as a Domestic Helper in Singapore. I worked with my first employer, an Indian Muslim family, from April 2019 to January 2022, where I handled housekeeping, car washing, and picking up children, including one child with autism. From January 2022 to July 2024, I was employed by a Chinese family with two adults and two children, taking care of the kids, managing housekeeping, laundry, ironing, cooking, gardening, marketing, car washing, and pet care for their dog. In November 2024, I joined another Chinese family with two adults and three children, one of whom had autism and disabilities, and stayed until July 2025, focusing on housekeeping, caring for the special‑needs child, and looking after their cat. My fourth employer, also a Chinese family, hired me in November 2025, and I continued working with them until July 2026, handling housekeeping, cat care, gardening, car washing, and marketing.
