My name is Janice, 44 years old, from the Philippines, and a single mother of two children. I have worked as a domestic helper in Saudi Arabia and Singapore for over 9 years. In Saudi Arabia, I completed a 2 years contract caring for two adults and two children while handling cooking, cleaning, ironing, and car washing. In Singapore, I worked with a Chinese family for 2 years and nine months, caring for three adults, including Grandma and one son, and managing household chores. I then worked with an American‑Filipina family, caring for two adults and supporting Madam, who was bedridden. At present, I am employed with a family of two adults and one child aged five, where I handle childcare, school drop‑off and pick‑up, cooking, ironing, and cleaning. My contract will finish on September 23, 2026. I am hoping to find a good employer who will give me the opportunity to serve their family.
