Hi everyone! My name is Jennelyne, a 44 years old , mother of 3 (age 25, 22 and 18). I am currently in Singapore working with a French family and presently studying online with a Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management. I hope to graduate this year.
My working experience are as follows;
Taiwan- 2009- 2010----Taking care of Elderly
Singapore-2010-2016---Indian Family
Singapore-2016-2022---French Family
Currently, I am a French family and am going to finish my contract in August.
I love working with a family with open communication and a routine everyone must follow (employer, employee, and kids). I don't mind getting feedback from my employer as long as it is in a proper manner/place. I prefer my employer to talk to me face to face and discuss problems, like if I made a mistake and if they want something essential to be discussed. Most importantly, I would love and be grateful if my future employer would be concerned about me (in the sense of asking if I am okay, as we helpers need someone who shows us care as we are far from our family).
