Hello, I am Joan. I'm Filipino, single, and 38 years old. I have more than 5 years of experience as a domestic helper, working in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia. I've been with my current employer for 3 years now, taking care of 4 adults and 2 kids. I'll be finishing my contract on July 31, 2026. I am a happy and strong, independent person who is willing to listen, learn, and gain new knowledge from others. I enjoy cooking, reading, listening to music, and gardening flowers and vegetables. I also love pets such as dogs and cats, but most of all, I love children. Working in different countries with diverse people, cultures, environments, foods, and personalities has been challenging. The demands and changes I faced in every situation were tough and sometimes frightening, but I survived.
