My name is Karti, 56 years old, single, and from Indonesia. I have been working as a domestic helper in Singapore for 8 years. I am for over 6 years with my current employer, 2 adults, and 2 kids. I am breaking my contract on March 1, 2026. I used to look after my employer's dad. He had Parkinson's. I helped with his daily activities by guiding him in walking, taking a shower, and feeding him. This included going to the market, cooking, housekeeping, washing the car, and I also looked after the children.
