Don't worry more Domestic Helper are available in Singapore.

Female | Separated | 2 Kids | Burmese | Christian

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you hoping to find a family I could transfer with starting february 3rd 2025.
I have worked in Singapore for 2.5 years and before that in China.
I am from Myanmar from the Chin tribe, I am Christian. I am 40 years old and have children of my own back home. I am seperated. I have cousins in Singapore, also working as FDWs.
My current employer has moved from a landed house to a condo and no longer requires two helpers.
My employer enjoys my cooking, especially my soups and rice dishes. We eat healthy and often vegetarian but I also bake chicken and meat and fish too a few times a week.
I am used to preparing breakfast, lunch and dinners for 4 or more when we have guests. I know how to use a Thermomix and can cook from whatever we have in the fridge. My English isnt fluent so I prefer pictures of ingredients to understand properly. I can also assist well and cut and measure all the ingredients for my Italian employer. I know how to use a coffeemachine, a pizza oven and a sous vide machine (vacuum seal and slow cook). I prefer to use a broom but the Rainbow vacuumcleaner is easy to use for me now. Also steaming irons and washing machines and dryer ibncluding how to clean and maintain them.
I run errands, do groceries at Fairprice, Cold storage, little Farms, wet markets, foodie market etc
Last minute runs are not an issue for me.
I use google map to take the bus and MRT everywhere unless it rains or late I ll take a taxi when back from playdates for example.
My madam enjoys the fact I can do very nice hairdo s for her daughter and decorate the house with flower arrangements I make myself. When I walk the dogs, I find Morenga leaves to make soup and papayas as well as bitter gourd. I also know how to set a table nicely. I can also help sawing some basic things.
I wake up around 6:30 to prepare some fresh cut fruits and different type of breakfast including porridge, French toast, banana pancakes or eggs then I walk the dogs and start my house chores icluding basic cleaning and organizing toys and clothes.
My current employer says I would do well in a smaller household, maybe just one or two elderly persons I can take care of. I also love animals.
I am quiet and mind my own business. I have every Sunday off. I enjoy going to church to sing and pray, then I am home by 20:00. If needed, I can help on a Sunday to help out and earn some more.
My passport has just been renewed, and I passed my medical exam in December 2024.
My employer has written this as a reference letter, but they are happy to speak to anyone who is keen to ask further questions.
Sincerely hoping to meeting you in person soon,
Mimi
