My name is Lanie. I’m almost 40 years old, married, but I’ve been a single parent for 14 years. I have three children, and I'm from the Philippines. I’ve worked as a domestic helper for 10 years in Singapore and over a year in Hong Kong. I spent five years with my last employer in Singapore, caring for two adults and three kids. Most of my work involved looking after the children, helping with their needs, and taking them to school and other activities. I can cook simple meals and handle household chores.
