Leila Joy

My name is Leila Joy. I’m Filipino, and I’m 37 years old. I’ve been in Lebanon for 11 years, and now I’ve been living in Singapore for 6 months. I’m currently taking care of an elderly woman, and I’m in a household with 4 adults. I plan to break my contract on October 15, 2026. In my work, I help with personal care, prepare healthy meals, give medicine, and provide companionship. I also take care of household chores like cleaning, laundry, and organizing to keep everything safe and comfortable. I’m trustworthy and dedicated, and I really focus on providing respectful care while ensuring the well-being and dignity of the person I look after. However, I’m finding it tough here in Singapore due to the stress in my environment, especially with my employer’s sister, and that’s why I’m considering breaking my contract. I hope to find a good employer here. Thank you.
