Hello Madam/Sir, my name is Mailyn, a 42‑year‑old Filipino, single. I have 13 years of experience as a Domestic Helper/caegiver in Singapore. Currently, I have been working with my employer for 2 years, caring for an elderly man (84 years old) with dementia. My contract just finished, and I can transfer at any time. My duties include assisting him with daily activities, bringing him to the park and activity centre, accompanying him to hospital check‑ups, and helping with simple household chores. I am responsible, caring, hardworking, and patient. My main priority is to provide safe and compassionate care, while also maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment. I have experience not only as a caregiver but also in childcare, caring for children aged 1–2 years old, as well as children aged 6, 7, and 8. My responsibilities included preparing their daily needs, bathing and dressing them, preparing meals or milk, playing and engaging with them, supervising their safety, and bringing them to and from school.

When the children were at school or away, I also handled household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and keeping the home organised. I am comfortable managing both childcare and household responsibilities independently while following my employer’s instructions.
