Hello, I’m Maria Elena. I’m from the Philippines, I’m widowed, and I have three kids. I’m 41 years old. I worked as a domestic helper in Qatar for 2 years, where I took care of a family of four, including two kids. My duties included looking after the kids, cooking, cleaning, doing the groceries, washing clothes, and other household chores. Now, I’ve been working with a Chinese family in Singapore for 2 years, and there are four members in this household as well, two adults and two kids. I will finish my contract on July 31, 2026.
