Hello, my name is Maria Rona. I’m 52 years old, married, and I have five kids. I’m originally from the Philippines, and I've been working as a domestic helper in Singapore for 16 years. Right now, I’m with my current employer, an Indian family with three kids aged 9, 7, and 6 years old. I’ve been with them for 8 months, and I can transfer on October 20, 2026. In my job, I take care of the kids, help them get to school and back, prepare breakfast and their lunch, and shower them. I also take them to the playground and swimming. Besides childcare, I handle household tasks like marketing, cooking both Western and Asian food, cleaning, mopping, dusting, doing laundry, ironing, and even walking the dog. The reason I’m looking for a new job is that my current employer doesn’t need my help anymore. Thank you.
