Hi, I'm Maricel. I'm Filipino, single, and I have one child. I'm 27 years old. I've been working in Singapore for two years, from May 2024 to May 2026, where I took care of a family of seven, which included five adults and two kids. I did cooking, laundry, gardening, house cleaning, looked after a medium-sized dog, and helped a woman with special needs who is 47. Sometimes, I assisted the other helper with the baby, though childcare wasn’t my main task. I did some grocery shopping here and there, but usually, my employers took care of that.
