Good day, I'm Tanya, 46 years old, from the Philippines. I've been working here in Singapore for 7 years now. My first job was for 4 years, for a Chinese family where I took care of their two kids, a 7-year-old girl and a 16-month-old boy. My next job was with a Filipino single parent who had a 6-year-old boy with special needs. I helped take him to his classes and therapy sessions. I only stayed there for 1 year because they moved back to the Philippines. For my third job, I worked for a Chinese family with 3 adults, including a teacher and her 23-year-old son. I handled household chores and cooking. My fourth employer was a British family of 4. I managed housework and cooking, and I helped the kids with their homework. I was with them for 7 months. My fifth employer had 2 adults and 2 kids, one of whom had special needs. For the past 7 months, I’ve been with my current employer. My first employer asked me to return because her helper was on emergency leave, and I’m going back to support her. I can transfer on July 31, 2026.
