Hello! My name is Mayanmar. I'm from Myanmar and I’m 24 years old. I have 3 years of experience as a caregiver in Myanmar, where I took care of my grandmother, who is 78 years old and quite weak. Currently, I’ve been working here for 3.5 months, looking after two elderly people, Ah Kong, who is 86 and needs a wheelchair, and Ah Mah, who is 82. I can transfer at anytime. I have experience in elderly care, which includes helping with personal hygiene, showering, feeding assistance, changing clothes and diapers, and transferring them in and out of their wheelchairs. I can also help with medication, escorting them to medical appointments, monitoring their vital signs, and guiding them through simple exercises. On top of that, I can cook and prepare meals, and I am good at housekeeping and cleaning to keep a safe and comfortable environment for them. Thank you for considering me.
