Hi, I’m Myleen. I’m 45 years old and I’ve been working 16 years in Singapore since 2009.

My first job here was from 2009 to 2011 with a local Singaporean family. They had two boys, ages 4 and 7, and lived in a two-story house. I did a lot of household chores, like cleaning, cooking, ironing, and keeping everything tidy.

Then from 2012 to 2020, I worked for a Chinese Singaporean family. They had a 4-year-old daughter and a 20-year-old son. My main focus was taking care of their daughter—dropping her off and picking her up from school, helping her with her homework, and cooking her favorite meals. I also took her to activities like tuition, ballet, and swimming. Besides that, I was responsible for cooking, cleaning, ironing, and managing all household chores.

Currently, I’m with my third employer, also a Chinese Singaporean family, since 2020. I’ll be finishing my contract on March 14, but they’re letting me go a bit earlier, on March 9, because they no longer need a helper. They have two kids aged 14 and 20, and also a poodle that is about 1 year and 3 months old. My tasks include all the usual household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.

I’m hardworking, honest, trustworthy, understanding, and kind. I’m really looking forward to finding a new employer here. Thank you for your time, and God bless!
